What recording platforms do you integrate with?
Topiq offers deep integration with Zoom, automatically capturing and analyzing every sales call you run. Our AI processes each conversation for commitment tracking, objection patterns, and buying signals — and maps them back to MEDDIC framework data so you can see exactly which qualification gaps still need to close. Setup is quick: OAuth2.0 authentication takes about five minutes, and from that point on your calls flow into Topiq automatically without any manual upload step.
What email platforms do you support?
Topiq connects with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook via OAuth. Once connected, your inbox syncs automatically and all deal-related emails are organized by opportunity — no manual tagging required. Threads from the same buyer or company are grouped together, so you can pick up a conversation in seconds even if there have been weeks of back-and-forth across multiple stakeholders.
What security protocols do you employ?
Topiq uses SOC 2-aligned infrastructure with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest. All data is stored in AWS with role-based access controls and audit logging. You decide who on your team has access to which deals and which fields, and every action is logged so admins can review activity. We never sell your data, and your conversations stay isolated from other customers' workspaces.
How are AI models trained?
Topiq's AI is built on foundation models and fine-tuned on sales methodology frameworks including MEDDIC and BANT. The fine-tuning teaches the model how qualification gaps, decision criteria, and buying signals show up in real sales conversations — so the next-step suggestions you see are grounded in proven sales discipline rather than generic LLM output. Importantly, your data is never used to train models shared with other customers; your conversations only inform recommendations for your own team.
What visibility do sales leaders have?
